Processing Time
- Normal-size natural-color wigs will generally be shipped within 48 hours of working days. Special customized wigs such as long hair and colored hair need to be customized by contacting the factory, and the customization cycle generally does not exceed one week.Please allow for up to 2 business days for orders to be processed. Please note that processing times may be extended during any holidays. customized items are shipped as we're supposed.
